At Hot Sam Studio, we might be busy printing the funniest mugs in London, but we always have time for a chat (especially if it gives us an excuse to put the kettle on).

1. Where is my order? We print every mug to order to keep things fresh. Please allow up to 7 days for us to print and dispatch your mug. Once it's shipped, you'll get an email with all the tracking details.

2. My mug arrived broken! What do I do? Oh no! If the postman played football with your parcel, don't worry. Just send us a photo of the broken mug and packaging to hello@hotsamstudio.com within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately.

3. Do you do custom or bulk orders? Yes! If you want to kit out your whole office with "Our Boss Is Best" mugs, or have a specific idea in mind, drop us an email. We love a challenge.

4. Can I return a mug? If you aren't 100% happy, you can return your mug within 14 days (as long as it's unused). Check our full FAQ page for the boring legal details on returns.
