Welcome to Hot Sam Studio! We are a father and son team on a mission to make the world a happier, funnier place—one mug at a time.

How It Started

Our story began back in 2016, not in a boardroom or a high-tech office, but through a simple, shared hobby: cracking each other up. We started swapping jokes just for the fun of it, trying to outdo one another with the wittiest one-liners and puns we could find.

What started as a bit of banter quickly turned into a daily ritual. Before we knew it, we weren’t just making each other laugh; we were sharing around 2,000 jokes a year with our friends and family. We realized that a well-timed joke didn’t just get a giggle—it brightened days, lifted spirits, and brought people closer together.

We firmly believe that a daily helping of humour is good for the soul. Whether you’re grinding through a workday or relaxing at home, a good laugh improves your mood and actually boosts productivity. It’s hard to be stressed when you’re smiling!

We wanted to take that feeling and bottle it—or rather, put it on a mug.
